Job Description

The HR Business Partners (or HRBP for short) help align an organization’s people strategy with its business strategy. They are not only administrative experts and people champions but also a change agent and a strategic partner for the business. Together with line managers, the HRBP sets priorities drives values and delivers business results. Role description: ● Establish effective communication and interaction with other units and companies and minimize conflicts. ● Supervise and cooperate in developing and updating human resource regulations and guidelines. ● Communicate with external organizations and units to optimize, share knowledge and use their facilities to advance human resource goals.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields ● Proven work experience as an HR business partner in the IT industry. ● Excellent people management skills. ● Analytical and goal-oriented. ● Thorough knowledge of labor legislation. ● Complete understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
