The HR Business Partners (or HRBP for short) help align an organization’s people strategy with its business strategy. They are not only administrative experts and people champions but also a change agent and a strategic partner for the business. Together with line managers, the HRBP sets priorities drives values and delivers business results.
Role description:
● Establish effective communication and interaction with other units and companies and minimize conflicts.
● Supervise and cooperate in developing and updating human resource regulations and guidelines.
● Communicate with external organizations and units to optimize, share knowledge and use their facilities to advance human resource goals.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fields
● Proven work experience as an HR business partner in the IT industry.
● Excellent people management skills.
● Analytical and goal-oriented.
● Thorough knowledge of labor legislation.
● Complete understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
