Job Description

The HR/Admin Officer is responsible for operational HR & Administrative tasks supporting the HR department manager as well as the site management team throughout the operations at the LMT site. Close liaison with the HR team and Novo Nordisk site team members will be essential in relation to HR & administrative tasks coordination and compliance. The HR/Administration Officer reports to the HR manager. ● Support HR manager with the implementation of HR programs and ensure an efficient and effective organization, including hiring, on-boarding, and off-boarding, change agility, employee experience, employee training and development, culture, and compliance. ● Collaborate with the recruitment team/external agency on screening candidates and conducting interviews to hire the best talent for each position, including all recruitment processes. ● Collect, analyze, and report admin and HR statistics to capture metrics, demonstrate progression, and make recommendations for improvement, including KPIs in overtime and hiring, etc. ● Take care of employee’s database update, absence and turnover rate, payroll, overtime, mobility services, business trips, and administration.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or an MBA graduate. ● At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position. ● Experience in autonomously performing administrative tasks. ● Knowledge of labour law. ● Excellent command of written and spoken English and Farsi. ● Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
