Job Description

● Conducting a performance management system. ● Identifying training and development needs within the organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes, and regular consultation with managers and the human resources department. ●Defining KPI/OKR for each department and having continuous measurement. ● Cooperating on and conducting various OD projects (employee experience, learning organization, suggestion system, etc.). ● Identifying and applying various approaches to organizational excellence and quality management methods such as EFQM, etc. ● Verifying the organizational maturity stage and proposing necessary changes based on the situation. ● Promoting company culture based on company core values. ● Conducting the organizational survey. ● Tracking budgets and negotiating contracts. ● Preparing action plans in order to cover week points of survey outcomes. ● Training needs assessment. ● Developing and deploying training program, product update, and sales guide booklet. ● Preparing training schedule for whole cities and execution. ● Evaluating the effectiveness of training courses. ● Providing reports on a weekly and monthly basis for updates on the website and online training. ● Handling the training team for provinces. ● Visiting the provinces and doing training surveys. ● Perform quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.

Requirements

● Master’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Management. ● Minimum 3 years of experience in related fields. ● Team approach. ● Training and development programs experience. ● Communication skills. ● Familiar with training design and planning, ISO 10015 standard, needs assessment, effectiveness, training budgeting, and familiarity with graphic software. ● Leadership skill. ● Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.). ● Presentation and interpersonal skills.
