● Conduct recruitment process based on Manpower planning document in order for filling vacancies in accordance with ZBP needs.
● Collaborate with HRBPs to develop effective recruitment strategies.
● Create and publish job ads as well as hunt candidates through different channels, screen CVs, and Interview candidates in person for junior and senior levels.
● Design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring deficiency against standards and taking corrective action.
● Liaise with staff, suppliers and clients to anticipate needs & determine service delivery levels and provide sustainable support for all administrative and office-based functions.
● Manage general service staffs give them pre-assignments, provide on-time services and ensure that all internal and external customer needs are met by them.
Requirements
● At least a Bachelor's degree preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or other related fields.
● At least 5 years of experience in the HR and general service fields.
● HR management principles.
● Knowledge of office administration.
● Time management skills.
● Fluent in Microsoft Office.
