Job Description

The role of this role in Zarrin Pakhsh is to provide a superior, responsive and timely service situation to employees to create, maintain and make a favorable and efficient workplace. Responsibilities: ● To supervise the team under control and evaluate the performance of the team members continuously in line with the human resources department’s strategies and goals. ● To participate in meetings and dispute resolution boards to deal with employee complaints. ● To plan, monitor, and update the personnel contract. ● To supervise and monitor the way of documenting and maintaining personnel and organizational information. ● To supervise the collection of information on the personnel’s monthly performance. ● To approve the initial personnel action of newly hired employees. ● To supervise the employee settlement process. ● To control the employee attendance report. ● To provide the reports related to personnel affairs and send them to the direct manager. ● To supervise the matters related to social security and supplementary insurance.

Requirements

● At least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or other related fields. ● At least 3 years of related experience in a supervisory role. ● Proficiency in labor law, principles of wage and salary, and personnel contract affairs. ● Strong people management and team-building skills. ● Effective communication and out-come oriented personality.
