Job Description

● Supporting and assistance in all HR activities. ● Performing all relevant tasks with the new members of the insurance. ● Registration of all new requests on the supplementary insurance site and ensuring the applicant's approval. ● Onboarding new joiner. ● Activation of the portal and absence of new personnel. ● Following up and compiling reports to send to the Financial dept. based on the performance evaluation periods. ● Perform all administrative tasks associated with events. ● Follow-up training courses for personnel. (registration) ● Support and review personnel problems with the ticketing system. ● Prepare the required reports and send them to the HR Supervisor. ● Support of the Peyvast portal guiding of absence and presence of personnel.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree. ● 3 to 5 years of work experience, preferably in the Human Resources field. ● Interested in growing. ● Interested in learning. ● Attention to detail. ● Strong communication skills. ● Have organizational and personal discipline. ● Familiarity with computer and MS Office.
