Job Description

● Build strong relationships with employees at all levels to foster trust and accountability and play the role of strategic Advisor and Partner to the business unit. ● Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. ● Identify, design, and update policies and procedures of all HR systems and processes such as recruitment, onboarding, off-boarding, evaluation appraisal system, training, and development program, payroll system, reward, and compensation system, talent management, and organizational culture, career path planning and maintenance system. ● Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs. ● Identify and design succession and development plans for employees. ● Set up employer brand project (increasing share of talent market in recruitment). ● Design and implementation of a performance management system. ● Plan and conduct motivational programs to increase employee satisfaction. ● Improve organizational structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. ● Consistently recruit excellent staff. ● Maintain a smooth onboarding process. ● Train, counsel, and coach our staff. ● Resolve conflicts through positive and professional mediation. ● Conduct performance and wage reviews. ● Develop clear policies and ensure policy awareness.

Requirements

● At least 5 years of prior human resources and leadership experience ● Master’s degree in Management, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or an MBA graduate. ● Good communication and team management skills. ● Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues. ● Experience in educating and coaching staff. ● Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
