● Develop strategies and human resource development in line with the overall business strategy.
● Conduct recruitment, selection, interview, termination, etc. processes.
● Support the current and future needs of the business by developing participation, motivation, and retention of human resources.
● Supervise the strategies, systems, and general procedures of human resources in order to develop the organization.
● Provide a positive, motivating, and dynamic work environment.
● Monitor and manage the performance appraisal system with a staff performance improvement approach.
● Support and participation in the payment program and benefits of the organization.
● Assess training needs in order to provide the desired training programs.
● Provide reports to management and accompanies the decisions made for human resources.
● Ensure compliance and proper implementation of the law in all human resource management processes.
● Maintain contact with former efficient workforces.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Executive Management, Industrial Engineering, or an MBA degree.
● Having a successful work experience as a human resources manager.
● Fluent in human resource systems and databases.
● Ability to plan strategically with related leadership skills.
● Listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Ability to establish and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
● Accurate knowledge of labor law and new methods of human resources.
