This position would be in charge of all HR tasks such as recruitment, training and development, and other related functions.
● Job analysis and grading.
● Assisting in the design and implementation of development programs.
● Maintaining knowledge of trends, useful practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
● Managing the organization’s employee database and preparing reports.
Requirements
● Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related fields.
● Professional knowledge of all HR areas (recruitment, development, performance evaluation, retention, attendance, payroll, and job grading).
● Goal-oriented, organized and efficient in daily tasks.
● Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
● Time management skills.
● Organized, logical, and detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written. communication skills in Farsi and preferably English and strong interpersonal skills.
● Minimum of three years of experience in human resources or related positions.
● Preferable age: Above 30 years old.
