Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented and professional Human Resources Manager to join our team and manage all human resources procedures. The successful candidate will be passionate about recruiting, supporting, and evolving employees through our company’s guidelines and managing processes. Your main responsibilities will be including: ● Identify, design, conduct, and control all HR systems and processes ● Design KPIs, conduct job evaluation. ● Evaluate, conduct and follow up training and development plans. ● Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs. ● Identify and design succession and development plans for employees. ● Plan, design, and conduct motivational programs to increase employee satisfaction. ● Perform job analysis and evaluations for new positions or existing ones for reclassification purposes. ● Jobs recruitment planning. ● Establish communication and interaction with employees in order to resolve their problems and needs within the framework of the rules and procedures existing in the organization. ● Perform quarterly and annual employee performance reviews. ● Identify the company’s hiring needs and manage the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, with in-depth knowledge of HR processes and regulations. Requirements: ● Bachelor's degree in Management fields, MBA, or Industrial Engineering (A degree in HRM is an advantage). ● A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in this field. ● Familiarity with our brand and the industry is preferred. ● Highly focused, proactive, results orientated team player and self-driven person. ● Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes. ● Strong excel working knowledge. ● Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. ● Excellent interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with employees at all levels. ● Solid problem-solving and team management abilities.
