● Quantify the expected impact of an HR strategy on the organization.
● Execute HR strategies for achieving organizational goals.
● Track HR costs.
● Assist in collecting information to support the development of the rewards structure.
● Review the reward structure against legal requirements in Iran.
● Recommend changes to the total rewards structure to leadership based on collected data and information.
● Follow the rewards structure policies consistently.
● Develop HR guidance on the basis of the HR Policy, strategy, and labor laws.
● Develop and deliver documents, presentations, papers, reports, advisory opinions, and arguments through oral and/or written communications.
● Develop and deliver labor contracts, documents on vacations, work schedules, timesheets, absences, illnesses, discipline.
● Data entry into the HR information system.
● Prepare and analyze HR reporting.
● Support of assessment procedure for IFO employees.
Requirements
● Higher professional education.
● Management experience in the relevant professional area.
● At least 5 years of professional experience.
● At least 10 years of experience in Oil and gas industry.
● Excellent in Excel.
● Knowledge of payroll calculation.
● Knowledge of Labor Law of IRI.
