Managing the process of manpower recruitment (including manpower planning, provision of human resources, selection, employment and their consolidation in the organization).
● Job analysis and design of salary system and compensation of employees.

● Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
● Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

● Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
● Maintaining organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
