- Creating Talent pool for all the positions in the company.
- Creating performance evaluation systems based on concrete OKR settings and monitoring.
- To ensure a good and healthy communication within the company toward the company's objectives.
- Creating, optimizing and ensuring the report process between company's C level management and the CEO.
- Keeping the team highly motivated by deriving the problem, suggesting and implementing solutions.
- Preparing the vocational and educational programs and events for organization’s staff.
- To completely calculate the payroll of staff and to come up with a Bonus and reward programs
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of working experience in HR function, E commerce industry preferred.
- Bachelor and above degree; good English writing and communication skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
- Self-motivated to have continuous improvement
- Good interpersonal skills to understand and influence others
