● End-to-end recruitment process (Sourcing potential candidates, screening CVs for competency with the job requirements, arranging telephone or online interviews).
● Reward (manage monthly payroll, SSO, and tax payments on time and in full, on-time payment of all employee benefits, monthly reports on headcount, turnover, and other reports based on requirements).
● Timely delivery of employee contracts.
● Implement performance management (objective setting, mid & End year review, session with line managers on appraisal).
● Assess training needs (through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers).
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields.
● Reasonable knowledge of Iranian labor law.
● At least 2 years of experience in HR.
● Very good command of MS Excel.
● Good communication skills.
● Well-developed in communication and interpersonal skills.
● An end-of-service is mandatory for men.
● Familiarity with Lean/Agile Mindset and Organizational Change is a plus.
● Experience in working with and/or recruiting IT or Software Development professionals is a plus.
