Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
● Minimum 3 years of combined experience in a related HR role such as talent management, leadership development, program management, talent acquisition, or compensation.
● Excellent written and verbal communication; high-quality document and report preparation.
● Exceptional listening skills and ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees of all levels in the organization.
● Ability to work independently, as well as an active member of both business and HR teams.
● Ability to analyze data, prepare analytical reports and work with related graphs.
● Commitment to continuous process improvement in people strategies and initiatives.
● Successful record of executing operational processes and procedures, with high levels of customer satisfaction.
