● Coordinate staff recruitment and schedule and organize interviews.
● Assist in the development and implementation of human resources policies.
● Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.
● Prepare and manage personnel contracts, extensions, and terminations.
● Plan and organize activities for personnel welfare benefits.
● Manage all administrative activities in the office.
● Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
● Provide analytical and well-documented developing reports.
Requirements
● At least Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related fields.
● At least 3 years of experience in related fields.
● Familiar with all human resources processes including job analysis, recruitment, development, performance evaluation, compensation, and talent management.
● Strong knowledge of English.
● Advanced MS Office skills.
● Problem-solving ability.
● Strong communications skills.
● Accurate, consistent, patient, and flexible.
● Ideal age range: 27 to 35 years old.
