Job Description

● Follow up on all matters related to the human resources unit. ● Provide all recruitment processes from A to Z (job posting, resume screening, doing job interviews, recruitment, and selection of final candidates). ● Keep the documentation of the recruitment process up to date. ● Continuous follow-up of activities until the realization of results and completion of assigned tasks. ● Provide weekly reports to the HR Manager. ● Prepare reports and documents related to the recruitment process. ● Perform the assigned activities with accuracy and quality ● Prepare monthly timesheets, setting up and defining new employees in the payroll system. ● Compile and record employee timesheets and payroll data.

Requirements

● Master's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or MBA graduate (degree in HRM is an advantage). ● At least 3 years of experience in related fields. ● Full familiarity with labor laws and social and personal affairs. ● Fluent in English. ● Full mastery of Excel and PowerPoint. ● Have effective art of expression and public relations in the workplace. ● Mature, ethical, and confidential. ● Communicative person. ● Strong networking abilities. ● Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet definite deadlines. ● Aptitude for thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making. ● Fast learner and enthusiastic to work in a dynamic environment.
