Job Description

We are looking for a deadline-focused HR Coordinator to be responsible for sourcing and screening, suitable candidates, and monitoring the overall process of assessment. To be a successful HR coordinator, you should have a good working knowledge of technology, technical roles, and technical skills, as well as knowledge of the general recruitment process. Responsibilities: ● Managing WINaTALENT’s talent pool and looking over the overall data and statistics of the talent pool. ● Communicating with Account executives to identify the technical requirements for Projects. ● Screening CVs for competency with the job requirements. ● Sourcing potential candidates through online platforms (like LinkedIn, Github, StackOverflow,...). ● Crafting and sending personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates. ● Arranging telephone or online interviews. ● Evaluating specialized skills and qualifications by conducting Technical and English tests. ● Preparing shortlists of the most suitable candidates for our clients. ● Keeping track of all applicants. ● Monitoring our freelancer resources based on skills and experience.

Requirements

● At least three years of related experience required, preferably in recruitment, with a thorough understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills. ● Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and strategies for the process. ● Professional in English (Writing and speaking). ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Familiar with online platforms. ● Attention to detail. ● Being aggressively deadline and target-oriented. ● Being active and eager to learn. ● Good interpersonal and decision-making skills. ● Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software. ● Bachelor's degree in related technical and/or human resources field is preferred.
