● High interpersonal skills. ● Mastering labor laws and service compensation. ● Having systemic thinking. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Management. ● At least ten years of work experience. ● Fluent in Microsoft Office and data analysis. ● Effective communication skills.
