Job Description

As an HR Business Partner, you will support the execution of the short- and long-term P&O strategy ranging from enabling talent attraction and development, performance management, organizational development, employee communications, change management, talent management, leadership development, and reward. Act as the link between business and the organization by ensuring clear HR processes. ● Talent attraction and placement through executing employer branding strategies, partnering with hiring managers on recruiting plans, coordinating with total rewards manager in preparing and communicating offer packages. ● Maintain P&O processes and policies by supporting managers in processes such as performance management, individual development plans, feedback, coaching, and ensuring standards are achieved across all functions. ● Drive OD initiatives and promote a culture of development with a focus on talent and succession management. ● Acts as an advisor to P&O director, the affiliate, line of business, and function on human resources programs and initiatives. ● Interprets internal and/or external business issues and recommends solutions to the P&O director. ● Support in the planning and execution of P&O projects and annual organization review and development process.

Requirements

● University degree, preferably in P&O, Organizational Psychology, Sociology, or related fields. ● Extensive knowledge of labor law is preferred. ● 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in P&O in generalist and specialist roles, preferably gained in the Pharmaceutical / Healthcare industry, or international companies. ● Fluent level of English, written and spoken. About the department P&O department is a strategic business partner to all functions across the affiliate. It oversees and supports the full employee lifecycle management.
