HR Business Partner

Job Description

This role is based in Tejarat Sharq Industries Company (Rani Beverage Producer) in Kaveh Industrial City in Saveh. The HR Business Partner (Operations) is responsible to define and manage the consistent implementation of human resources strategies, policies, and procedures as well as all activities related to the personnel and employee relations affairs in the factory (operations related functions) in order to enhance working conditions in the business unit.

Main Accountabilities:

• Provide advice in the design and implementation of professional HR systems and processes in order to enhance business productivity.
• Manage the consistent implementation of HR Policies in the factory to ensure adherence to set policies and procedures.
• In charge of manpower and organizational development.
• Maintain a performance management system.
• Manage compensation and benefits system.
• Manage the recruitment process requirements.
