Job Description

● Provide guidance and input on business unit restructure, performance management, and career development and handle all administrative and legal issues. ● Ensure the department’s workforce has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for the future and manage the recruitment of the teams in the OPS department. ● Identify training needs for OPS employees and individual executive coaching needs. ● Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies. ● Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. ● Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate. ● Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). ● Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

● At least 5 years of experience in similar roles. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or any other related field. ● Be hands-on in HR and administrative affairs and a good team player and also excellent in team building and people management. ● Be smart, data-oriented, and excellent in problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. ● Strong communication skills. ● Excellent in writing and verbal interactions, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. ● Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures. ● Good knowledge of Iran's employment/labor laws. ● In-depth knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and other technological tools.
