Job Description
● Provide guidance and input on business unit restructure, performance management, and career development and handle all administrative and legal issues.
● Ensure the department’s workforce has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for the future and manage the recruitment of the teams in the OPS department.
● Identify training needs for OPS employees and individual executive coaching needs.
● Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
● Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
● Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
● Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
● Perform other related duties as assigned.
