Job Description
● Reporting to GM.
● Managing all Iran HR procedures e.g. recruitment, on-boarding, attendance and payroll, development plan, performance management, engagement activities, accommodation, and visa.
● Budget planning, cost controlling and ensuring to comply with the budget for overhead costs.
● Maintaining an organized system of physical and digital records.
● Proposing, documentation and implementing company policies and procedures
● Creating monthly status reports of contract terms including commercial and non-commercial agreements.
● Office management.
● Team coordination.
