Job Description

● Reporting to GM. ● Managing all Iran HR procedures e.g. recruitment, on-boarding, attendance and payroll, development plan, performance management, engagement activities, accommodation, and visa. ● Budget planning, cost controlling and ensuring to comply with the budget for overhead costs. ● Maintaining an organized system of physical and digital records. ● Proposing, documentation and implementing company policies and procedures ● Creating monthly status reports of contract terms including commercial and non-commercial agreements. ● Office management. ● Team coordination.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields. ● 2 to 3 years of experience in HR administration, preferably, with a food, FMCG, trading, sales, and distribution background. ● Good command of English. ● Advanced in MS Office. ● People management, problem-solving, and time management skills. ● Ideal age range: 23 to 32 years old.
