Job Description

● Analyze and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and to ensure compliance with legal requirements. ● Analyze the HR-related business trends, metrics, and competitors and do benchmarks in a regular basis. ● Assess employees' needs by conducting organizational psychology surveys to find out what motivates and engages employees ● Prepare/revise annual/quarterly labor cost budget (Salary, Bonus, Benefits, etc.) ● Contribute to job descriptions, job analysis, job evaluations, and job classifications ● Review and analyze labor law, rules, and regulations related to work relations especially those issues by the labor office and the social security organization, and assuring to implement them properly in the organization. ● Manage personnel contracts, personnel files, and validity of information and documents. ● Address administrative and personnel issues in terms of leave, missions, upgrading of seasonal records, medical services and etc. ● Be the first point of contact for any HR- Admin and payroll issue and a reliable source with solution providing aptitude. ● Verify attendance policy and timesheets, hours worked, pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records. ● Manage, prepare, and control staff's payroll. Own and execute the payroll process from A to Z. ● Develop smart administrative procedures to monitor and reduce costs and improve the HR admin services level. ● Facilitate the welfare needs of employees. ● Create and Maintain department records and reports to be sent to the head of function or CEO. ● Prepare required HR documents, policies, and procedures for efficient, high return, and smooth management of daily jobs. ● Own and manage the required committee's responsibilities such as military committee, disciplinary, and so on. ● Optimize and improve the team and individuals’ performance by clarifying the targets and highlighting specific development areas, and then leading them to grow. ● Promote a positive working atmosphere within the team and among all stakeholders.

Requirements

● At least 5 years of experience in similar roles. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields. ● Hands-on in HR and administrative affairs and a good team player and also excellent in team building and people management. ● Smart, data-oriented, and excellent in problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. ● Strong communication skills. ● Excellent in writing and verbal interactions, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. ● Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures. ● Strong knowledge of Iran's employment/labor laws. ● In-depth knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and other technological tools. ● Skilled in the job classification process. ● Ability to advocate for the organization in court and dispute resolution boards.
