Job Description

  • Assisting in planning sales realization.
  • Supervising chain stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and hotels.
  • Supervising the preparation of daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales operation reports and collecting them from the sales representatives.
  • Controling and monitoring the performance of chain and online store sellers and broadcasting companies.
  • Tracking the collection of vendor receivables.
  • Presence in chain stores in order to monitor the sales of salespersons.
  • Monitoring the presence and performance of competitors and reporting it to the sales manager.
  • Supervising the determination of the sales amount of the collection and determining the sales goals and daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual monitoring.
  • Hiring and training sales team members to implement the best strategies.
  • Supervising the sales team to categorize for a specific purpose.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related fields.
  • Well-known works in the coffee and tea industry and have connections in the field of chain stores.
  • At least five years of experience as a sales supervisor in HORECA and chains.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cooperation.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Time management and strong organizational plans.
  • Familiarity with food and FMCG industries (priority with herbal tea and tea).
