Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious and competent HORECA Sales Manager (B2B and B2C) for confectionery with FMCG experience. The ideal candidate could have a hands-on and deep working knowledge of confectionery sales to achieve growth in market share, volume, and revenue for our company. He/She will be responsible for enhancing the visibility/shelf space of the company's products, maintaining, monitoring, and regularly negotiating pricing and contracts with customers, and closing sales deals over the phone, email, visiting the client locations, leading sales teams using regular coaching and feedback. Major responsibilities: ● Activate local and national customer contracts and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand awareness. ● Identify market potential and prospects in order to create new accounts, achieve confectionery sales volume and targets, and maximize the revenue and profitability of the confectionery business. ● Maintain, monitor, and regularly negotiate pricing and contracts with customers to facilitate sales targets and trends. ● Cooperate with the marketing department and sales director to develop and implement effective and efficient HORECA account-specific marketing and sales programs and strategies. ● Meet with potential customers, visit the market regularly, maintain and grow sales for new and current customers, timely and regularly respond to the customers' requests, and communicate new product opportunities to the customers. ● Analyze PNL and Sales revenue for confectionery and individual customers. ● Provide weekly and monthly sales activity reports.

Requirements

● At least 5 years of experience in the FMCG industry or confectionery HORECA channels. ● Ability to build and maintain a wide network of customers and understand the sales process of B2B and B2C. ● Excellent negotiation skills. ● Strong communication skills. ● Flexible, committed, and able to work under pressure and stress. ● Ability to lead and motivate the team. ● Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
