Job Description

● Collecting crash data related to incidents in order to support the department's activities in handling, analyzing, and rooting problems. ● Preparing reports on the status of beneficiary tickets and external requests referred to the General Department of Organizational Resource Management Systems in order to inform about available services. ● Notifying security events and network problems to relevant units. ● Providing reports based on SLA from contractors. ● Identifying, recording, and announcing security non-compliances in order to take timely corrective and preventive measures. ● Carrying out processes related to the IT equipment allocation committee. ● Providing property reports to employees for equipment allocation.

Requirements

● At least two years of work experience in the field of human resources. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering (Telecommunications, Electronics), Computer Engineering, or Information Technology. ● Proficient in the ticketing system. ● Proficient in project management concepts. ● Getting to know the concepts of report writing.
