● Providing help desk support and resolving problems to the end user's satisfaction.
● Installing and maintaining software and hardware components, devices, printers, scanners, cameras, computers, and servers.
● Assisting with network administration tasks.
● Install and ensure proper installation of network cables, nodes, connections, etc.
● Ensuring data storage is safe and secure and do a daily backup of servers.
● Monitoring and troubleshooting mail server issues.
Requirements
● At least a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Engineering.
● At least 1 to 2 years of experience as an IT service desk or help desk.
● Full knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office.
● Fluent in Network+.
● Familiar with CCNA.
● Fluent in MCSA.
● Familiar with MCSE.
● Familiarity with the mail server.
● Familiarity with the concepts of storage and backup of information and related software.
● Fluent in virtualization technology (VMware).
● Ability to configure and maintain Network devices such as Switches, Routers, Modems, Access Points, Cameras, and NAS Storage.
● Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
● Able to focus under pressure.
● Self-motivated.
