Mobtakeran Goldiran Engineering and Consulting Co., one of Goldiran's Group subsidiaries, active in CAC- HVAC, is looking for a Help Desk Expert with the following responsibilities:
● Collect requests from all functions and stakeholders, record and provide answers to users within the defined SLAs.
● Ensure the quality of the solution provided for end users and perform the required optimization in any of the areas.
● Install, configure and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and scanners.
● Prepare periodical reports on the services for senior managers, analysis the majority of each issue, and provide plans for the mitigations.
● Perform daily activities to ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and services both for the user side, network, and backend.
● Effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders including IT suppliers.
● Ensure the systems and services are compliant with IT policies and strategy.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, or equivalent working experience.
● Good technical knowledge of network and IT infrastructure.
● Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Solution.
● Familiar with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and WSUS.
● Familiar with ITIL concepts and IT service levels.
● Strong communication skills and result-oriented attitude.
● Acceptable skills in both written and spoken English.
