Job Description

● Install, test, and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software. ● Manage PC setup and development for new employees using standard hardware and software. ● Control over Help Desk and network support and devices such as printers, scanners, etc. ● Support for network and internet affairs.

Requirements

● Introduction to VoIP. ● Ability to troubleshoot operating systems (Windows and MacOS). ● Ability to install various software. ● Full knowledge of computer systems configuration. ● Full Knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office. ● Ability to document and provide regular reports. ● Fluent in computer hardware and software. ● High morale in performing teamwork and responding to the needs of users and managers. ● At least two years of experience in protectors for software or hardware. ● Good team-working skills. ● Being punctual and precise. ● Good social communication skills. ● Flexibility and adaptability. ● Self-motivated. ● Ability to efficiently manage time. ● Knowledge of passive.
