Job Description

● Provide end-user support for hardware and software issues. ● Provide end-user support for remote access to business systems. ● Perform IT system status monitoring and reporting. ● Perform PC hardware and software installations. ● Study and recommend techniques to improve existing systems. ● Provide input and assistance for project proposals. ● Assist with the investigation related to requests for new IT hardware, software, systems, and ITـdependent facilities and the proposal of workable solutions and action plans. ● Assist with the implementation of approved projects within established budgets and schedules. ● Assist with the administration and monitoring of helpdesk tasks. ● Assist with the procurement of IT hardware and software. ● Assist with monthly hardware and software audit management. ● Assist with external audits. ● Assist with the implementation and governance of IT policies and procedures. ● Assist with the implementation and administration of security and threat protection systems. ● Produce and maintain IT statistics, reports, checklists, and other documentation as necessary.

Requirements

● At least three years of experience in supporting users in an IT first-line support role, ideally experience in an organization larger than 200 users. ● Fluent in both English and Persian. ● Excellent team player. ● Very good Microsoft Office skills in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel, ideally MCP certificate. ● Sound understanding of ITIL processes is a must, ideally supported by an ITIL foundation certificate. ● Strong customer focus combined with negotiation skills. ● Effective time management, prioritizing, and delegation. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, for dealing with a range of personalities on all levels in a positive, direct, and diplomatic way. ● Familiar with industry-standard systems and concepts (Windows environments, AD and Exchange, Printing, Telephony, Network, and IT Security). ● Ability to set up, maintain and troubleshoot Audio/Video setups (Meeting rooms).
