  • Troubleshooting all types of system hardware.
  • Installing and fixing the problems of various software, including Office, graphic software, programming, etc.


  • Familiarity with software and hardware, server, and cabling.
  • Familiar with the functions of enterprise services such as DHCP, DNS, and ACTIVE DIRECTORY.
  • Familiar with client software and hardware support.
  • Familiar with VMware, ESXi, and Hyper-V.
  • Introduction to WordPress-SEO-Backup.
  • Ability to support Packet Tracer.
  • Relevant work experience.
