Job Description
● Develop all country warehouses and logistics operations systems by determining goods handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, distribution, and shipping. ● Train and manage warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals. ● Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics processes. ● Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and cooperating in the implementation of quality systems in compliance with good manufacturing practices (GMP). ● Identify and implement relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to warehouse processes and operations in order to continually improve performance. ● Lead the internal initiative to implement and maintain an effective and accurate physical inventory system, implementing ERP software, physical inventory events, and cycle counting as appropriate.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or MBA. ● 5 years of experience in the field of warehouse management and distribution of the FMCG industry as a supervisor or head of the warehouse. ● Working experience at distribution companies is an advantage. ● Ideal age range: less than 40 years old. ● Gender preference: Male. ● Personality traits: Self-motivated, flexible, hard work, teamwork, executer, analyst, and proactive. ● Have a good command of English. ● Familiar with ERP software especially SAP and 5S, safety, and GMP standards. ● Excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. ● Ability to travel and visit branch warehouses a minimum of four times a month.
