Job Description

● Manage all activities of inspection, test, audit and survey in project through Dana QC team, TPI, vendor, EPC contractor, service companies, and MC to meet company quality policies and project quality objectives. ● Help to project quality manager to determine quality objectives, quality values in project organization. ● Help to project quality manager to define quality policies and execute them in the project organization. ● Make sure all activities are based on project quality policy and QMS documentation. ● Manage and monitor all QC and technical inspection activities in procurement, construction and production activities. ● Daily contact with site QC Head to review the issues and report the major points to the quality manager. ● Attend all audits internally for DANA E&P and externally for EPC contractors, service companies and vendors scheduled by all involved parties in project and follow up the remedial actions accordingly and make sure about the closing them. ● Manage technical queries from vendors or EPC contractors in side of QC. ● Final data book coordination including review by TPI and receiving them in the company. ● Cooperate with HR department for recruiting new personnel as required in QC organization chart. ● Prepare QC weekly and monthly reports. ● Define and measure QUALITY KPIs for all service companies and contractors. ● Set monthly SQM with service companies and EPC contractors. ● Attend PIM and KOMs of vendors and contractors. ● Review and finalize ITPs for procurement and construction. ● Record quality evidence. ● Attend meetings with clients and prepare to respond to their concerns and questions. ● Visit from a construction site in case site QC heads are not available. ● Control and manage MC QC team and their performance in construction, commissioning, and start-up phases. ● Supervise on production technical inspection team and process. ● Make sure a written scheme of examination is available during production and is executed.

Requirements

● 10 years of experience in the QC field (at Oil and Gas construction sites- mainly onshore). ● Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, and Electrical Engineering. ● Expertise in CSWIP 3.1 or equivalent, NDT methods Level II, internal auditor for ISO 9001:2015. ● Proficient in MS Project (Project Control Software). ● Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite. ● Fluent (technical writing and verbal communication) in English. ● Familiar with civil, structure, pipeline, piping, rotary equipment, fixed equipment, welding, electrical, instrumentation, IT, telecommunication, commissioning, NDT, coating, painting and insulation, cathodic protection, materials, corrosion, safety, drilling equipment, and drilling related operations, procurement inspection processes. ● Competency to run about WJCS.
