● Identifying the quality control unit's opportunities and dangers and reporting them to the direct manager.
● Planning to allocate the equipment needed by the quality control unit to the projects.
● Planning to supply the Quality Control unit with the necessary equipment.
● Gathering information from the technical units of the operations, summarizing the department, and producing the company's technical proposal for the tender.
● Analyzing and reviewing the project's monthly non-compliant product reports as well as the defined corrective measures.
● Preparing a quality control executive plan (QC Plan) at the start of each project and monitoring its implementation throughout the duration of the project.
● Planning to keep the quality control unit's equipment in good working order.
Requirements
Education:
● Bachelor's degree in Geophysics, Geology, or Mining Engineering.
Experience:
● 8 years of experience in geophysics.
Knowledge and skills:
● Proficient in technical knowledge of data quality control.
● Proficient in evaluating contractors and comprehending the field's supplier market.
● Capability to determine a wide range of evaluation criteria and sub-parameters, as well as scoring.
● Good knowledge of ISO 9001 standard.
● Good knowledge of API Standard.
● Good knowledge of ERP (IFS) Systems.
● Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
● Fluent (technical writing and verbal communication) in English.
