Head of Production

Job Description

● Monitor the production process of current products in quantitative terms and provide a plan to reduce losses and unplanned suspensions. ● Supervise and coordinate production units to achieve the production plan and the goals of the organization ● Monitor and follow up daily production reports and follow up non-compliance. ● Supervise the observance of production standards. ● Receive the needs of customers from the business unit and prepare monthly and weekly plans to present to the production unit. ● Issue a list of materials required for production and present it to commercial affairs and follow up on their timely supply. ● Cooperate with the engineering technical unit in the product realization process, especially in the development of production processes and standards. ● Workplace: Eslamshahr (Ahmad Abad). ● Priority is given to the residents of Tehran and its suburbs.

Requirements

● Broad knowledge of sales, marketing, R&D, and operations (Supply chain, production, and purchase). ● At least 8 years of experience at a similar seniority level in the convenience food and bakery business. ● Proficiency in team building. ● Proficiency in project management. ● Excellent results orientation. ● Excellent communication skills. ● Excellent presentation skills. ● Strong personality, able to lead and motivate others in a difficult corporate environment. ● Fluent in English. ● Supply chain knowledge for the capacity check, and production policy. ● Finance knowledge for cost and return on investment (ROI) analysis of the projects.
