Job Description

● Process design and monitoring of cash and non-cash benefits and fair and attractive service compensation packages in accordance with the organization's strategy. ● Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit packages. ● Ensure that service compensation plans comply with relevant laws. ● Research employee motivation and tailor rewards and benefits packages based on employee needs. ● Identify trends and implement new ways to interact and motivate employees. ● Direct Manager: Deputy of Human Resources. ● Working hours: from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. ● Travel requirements: Limited. ● Rewards and benefits: Occasional packages, seasonal performance appraisal bonuses, supplementary health insurance, lunch, coffee shop, etc.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial or Organizational Psychology, Finance, Management or other related fields. ● At least seven years of work experience. ● Proficient in job analysis and job classification systems. ● Mastery of instructions, regulations, principles, and procedures for compensation and benefits. ● Familiarity with performance appraisal models and concepts. ● Familiarity with insurance and tax laws and salary and benefit calculations. ● Familiarity with labor laws. ● Practical experience working with payroll software. ● Ability to translate and understand specialized English texts. ● Excellent analytical skills. ● Ability to manage change.
