Job Description

A highly engaged leader with an entrepreneurial spirit who will maximize the returns by managing and continuously improving all aspects of the business, including marketing, sales, manufacturing, supply chain, technology, HSE., finance, human resources, and capital investment. Responsibilities: ● Planning and implementation of assigned projects. ● Preparing a report on the activities performed in the company by combining the reports of other personnel. ● Documenting and monitoring work processes.

Requirements

● Comprehensive and broad understanding of general management in an industrial B2B environment. ● At least 10 years of experience in the construction industry. ● A reasonable understanding of the construction market through a mixture of solution selling, construction project management, and operations. ● Highly developed leadership skills and entrepreneurial spirit. ● Strong negotiation, networking, and interpersonal skills. ● Excellent command of oral and written English. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, or Finance.
