● Coordinate all affairs regarding trading committee meetings.
● Provide customers with all conditions for collecting TBE results for concluding the contract.
● Assist with concluding the contract given the country's circumstances for shipment, cargo clearance, and payment settlement.
● Report and follow up on all current cases.
● Keep the relevant databases updated.
● Contact foreign suppliers and negotiations.
● Track contracts, examine and test existing contracts.
● Track shipping documents.
● Track the arrival of cargo from origin to destination.
● Identify good suppliers from domestic and international sources.
● Negotiate with vendors to secure advantageous terms.
● Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries.
● Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
● Pursue obtaining the necessary licenses and certificates from relevant organizations.
● Prepare documents and follow up on relevant tasks.
● Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
● At least a Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, Commerce, or related fields.
● At least 5 years of efficient work background in the position.
● Familiar with production industries preferably in mineral or metal industries.
● Proficient at using MS Office and other commercial software.
● Familiar with equipment and commodities, foreign purchasing processes, and stages.
● Capable of establishing efficient communication with people and companies at meetings and familiar with the principles and techniques of negotiation.
● Fluent in English and foreign correspondence.
● Fully familiar with performing trending processes.
● Familiar with contractual obligations and affairs.
● Fully familiar with obtaining customs exemption processes for purchasing production line equipment and commodity.
● Fully familiar with customs and cargo clearance processes and principles of international shipping.
● Familiar with ordering registering on NTSW and further follow-ups and banking commitment fulfillment, the process of registering product orders, and related matters.
● Familiar with the principles and techniques of negotiation.
