Job Description

We are currently looking for a Foreign Commercial Specialist for our central foreign procurement department. The ideal candidate will: ● Conduct sourcing, receive PIs, negotiate with suppliers outside Iran, follow up on the production of equipment, register the order on relevant government websites and get permits from the Ministry of Industry. ● Follow up on payments (LC and T/Ts), complete all bank procedures, and receive all proper approvals. ● Coordinate shipment, insurance, and inspections procedures, as well as shipping documents. ● Complete customs clearance procedures and follow up to resolve customs issues. ● Conduct effective communications with plant technical departments and provide periodic reports.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, English Translation or Literature, Mechanical Engineering, or other related fields. ● At least 2 years of experience in import and purchasing from suppliers based outside the country. ● Fluent in written and spoken English. ● Familiar with import procedures, laws, payment procedures, customs procedures, and INCOTERMS. ● Knowledge of Sourcing and negotiation skills. ● Client-oriented and have a high teamwork spirit.
