● Check prices, specifications, and other conditions of suppliers.
● Prepare documents from proforma invoices, insurance, and bank forms to shipping and inspection documents.
● Coordinate all customs clearance activities.
● Predict changes if needed in work areas.
● Carry out administrative affairs outside the company (referring to organizations, relevant departments, etc.) if necessary.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree.
● At least 8 years of useful work experience in foreign purchases.
● Up-to-date on current laws and regulations.
● Having negotiation skills.
● Continuous follow-up.
● Have sufficient mastery of computer, internet, and email skills.
● Fluent in English.
