Job Description

● Manage processes of foreign purchases and imports. ● Manage stock and delivery of the products. ● Monitor and follow applicable laws and regulations. ● Prepare and submit the necessary purchase and logistic documents. ● Negotiate contracts with suppliers who meet the company’s requirements to secure the most favorable terms of business for the company. ● Develop and implement all necessary policies and procedures to ensure that the purchasing function operates effectively. ● Keep all contracts for the supply of goods and services under review to ensure that they are being carried out effectively and renegotiate terms where necessary. ● Maintain the central purchasing budget to ensure the effective monitoring and control of all purchases. ● Maintain an awareness of any developments in the field of central purchasing or with suppliers to ensure that the company continues to apply the most effective policies and procedures. ● Working Hours: Saturday to Wednesday 8- 17. ● Location: Velenjak, Tehran.

Requirements

● At least Bachelor's degree in Management. ● At least 10 years of experience in a related field with at least 5 years of managerial experience. ● Excellent negotiating skills. ● Good communication skills.
