Job Description

● Handling all international commercial affairs such as ordering, getting PI, monitoring of orders process with suppliers, commercial registration, currency allocation, bank-related tasks and etc. ● Arranging shipment documents and following up with suppliers for on-time preparation of documents. ● Monitoring import process and carrying out all respective affairs such as insurance, inspection, warehouse receipt, clearance sheet, customs exemption, custom duties, taxes and etc. ● Monitoring purchase requests and preparing purchase orders.

Requirements

● Excellent command of English. ● Familiar with INCOTERMS and import regulations. ● Familiar with commercial and international business terms and regulations. ● Excellent public relations and a well-organized attitude. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Engineering, or an MBA graduate. ● Teamwork skills. ● Flexible, self-motivated, proactive, and accurate. ● Ideal age range: 26 to 35 years old. ● Gender preference: Male/Female.
