● Perform and coordinate all foreign commercial activities and affairs such as sourcing, corresponding, negotiating and ordering to make the best purchase package.
● Responsible for following up the purchasing orders Tracking them and making the requested purchasing operations and procedures.
● Negotiate with the suppliers on price terms of products.
● Responsible for appropriate supplier selection/bidding processes for selected purchase requests, and supplier and contract pricing validation for all purchase.
● Responsible for resolving invoice price and terms discrepancies to enable order processing.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
● Having 3 -5 years of experience in foreign purchasing and in spare parts industry.
● Fluent in English.
● Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills.
● Strong analytical ability to adapt to different client needs and to develop and maintain successful working relationships.
● Numeracy skills in order to analysis facts and figures.
● A flair for negotiation and networking.
● Time management skills and the ability to deliver to deadlines.
