Job Description
• Ability to Perform all operations related to import and export
• Ability to market and sign foreign contracts
• Collecting and reviewing of various stages of marketing issues such as production, price, sales, import and export of the company's products and the like
• Collaborating on research and development to find purchasing resources in general and the capabilities and potential facilities and business records of purchasing parties and keeping them up to date
• Participating in reviewing the list of consumer items and resources provided by other subsidiary units or other areas of operation and follow-up and cooperation and coordination with warehouses and supplies and their timely preparation
• Reviewing potential buyers' requests and studying and commenting on the feasibility and technical, engineering, and economic estimates of special requests
• Receiving inquiries from sources supplying goods, completing relevant documents, and submitting purchase orders with the coordination of the relevant superior
• Participation in the contract for the purchase of supplies, equipment, and chemicals required by the company
• Preparation and timely provision of all information and documents required by the business unit
• Participating in the review of all documents related to the trading unit, including purchasing, marketing and sales and other units of the trading unit to comply with the rules and instructions and to comply with the provisions of contracts, accuracy of calculations, completion of necessary documents and licenses.
• Following up and participating in the receipt and delivery of purchased items related to the given requests
• Evaluating customer satisfaction and responding to customer complaints and suggestions and solving their problems
• Participating in preparing and drafting correspondence related to organizational positions and collecting and archiving the necessary copies of forms, correspondence and reports in the relevant section
• Control and cooperation in the registration and archiving of documents, records of the commercial department.
