Job Description

● Obtain the necessary import licenses from the relevant organizations. ● Follow to receive warehouse receipt, clearance, and bill of lading from the shipping companies. ● Plan, coordinate and supervise the supply activities of the base and define the level of priority. Implement adequate tools and procedures. ● Collaborate on the preparation of the monthly logistics, customs, and import report. ● Analyze the offers, issue purchase orders; follow up, and expedite the process in order to meet ETAs. ● Resolve conflicts and disputes in case of damage to the consignment in all stages including transportation and clearance to delivery in the company ● Carry out all processes of the foreign trade unit. ● Carry out all banking and customs processes, and international transportation. ● Perform all order registration processes in the comprehensive trading system. ● Proper implementation of processes related to continuous identification and evaluation, performance development, and selection of external suppliers. ● Negotiate with selected foreign suppliers to reach an agreement for the contract and follow up and review the contract. ● Execute all the obligations of the company mentioned in the contract with foreign suppliers and prepare a report to present to the beneficiaries. ● Review and approve all documents related to foreign purchases. ● Number of staff to be recruited in this position: 1. ● Job location: Tehran. ● Working hours: Saturday to Tuesday from 8 am to 17 pm; Wednesdays from 8 am to 16 pm.

Requirements

● Experience in supplying (foreign purchase) spare parts for production line machines. ● Experience in order registration of spare parts on the NTSW website. ● Professional in international contracts. ● At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related fields. ● At least 5 years of experience in purchasing and/or procurement field. ● Experience in the FMCG industry. ● Familiar with financial documents. ● Familiar with all the new rules and regulations in import and export. ● Familiar with Import formalities including getting necessary permits from the Ministry of Health and Commerce. ● Familiar with RAHKARAN. ● Full knowledge of international shipping, INCOTERMS, banking, currency, and documentary credit. ● Fluent in Microsoft Office especially, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. ● Familiarity with industrial machinery and equipment is a plus. ● Strong communication skills and analytical abilities. ● Excellent data reporting and analysis skills. ● Strong interpersonal and team-related skills. ● Ideal age range: 28 to 35 years old. ● Fluent in English.
