Job Description

● Identifying new suppliers. ● Collecting, validating, and evaluating data from suppliers. ● Editing and updating the list of accepted sources. ● Analyzing order data and identifying improvement points for supply and purchase processes. ● Preparing and analyzing foreign order reports in order to purchase with the lowest price and best quality. ● Defining the standard timing of product supply after collecting, analyzing, summarizing data, and identifying trends. ● Implementing and following up on price inquiries, tenders, and negotiations with sellers in order to improve the purchase and supply process.

Requirements

● Proficient in identification and validation methods. ● Proficient in all types of supplier evaluation methods. ● Familiar with: Incoterms, principles of international trade, customs rules and regulations, foreign exchange, import and export processes, international logistics, and shipping documents. ● Familiarity with EPL and NTSW systems. ● Proficient in office software. ● Meticulous, persistent, responsible, motivated, organized, committed, and creative. ● Teamwork skills. ● Time management skills. ● Planning skills. ● Problem-solving skills. ● Familiarity with electronic components, video surveillance equipment, and displays is an advantage. ● Familiarity with Chinese is an advantage.
