Job Description

● Manage a variety of operations involving pick-up services, fleet management, scheduling, inbound and packaging, etc. ● Accountable for the daily operations assuring efficient product flow, monitoring the daily performance of associates, and quality improvement. ● Review, assess, and manage logistics performance, driving improvements in accuracy, efficiencies, and costs -Develop strategies and set the budget for the department in accordance with the company's main strategy ● Develop a strong and comprehensive department KPI framework, ensuring all key performance and cost targets are met in conjunction with excellent customer experience. ● Work closely and cross-functionally with other teams to establish a mutual understanding and to develop a roadmap between other departments and operations. ● Direct planning to assure optimum performance related to cost efficiency. ● Assess customer's experience against a set of objects and patterns. ● Prepare and analyze reports from different sources.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or related fields. ● More education or experience may be preferred or required. ● Strong understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles. ● Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills. ● Time and project management skills. ● Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies. ● Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff members.
