Job Description

● Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. ● Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting. ● Provide and interpret financial information. ● Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts. ● Develop, implement, modify, and document recordkeeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology. ● Compute taxes owed and prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, or other tax requirements. ● Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs. ● Provide internal and external auditing services for businesses or individuals. ● Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice. ● Deal with banks for banking facilities. ● Monitor and interpret cash flows and predict future trends. ● Manage financial risks. ● Job location: Iraq-Baghdad. ● The number of staff to be recruited for this position: 1. ● Job duration: Permanent position. ● Desired start date: ASAP.

Requirements

University qualifications: ● At least a Bachelor's degree in Finance and/or Accounting from a reputable university. Nature and length of previous experience: ● At least 10 years of experience (at least 5 years of experience in Management in large organizations). ● Work experience in Iraq is necessary. Soft skills and personality traits: ● Teamwork and leadership skills. ● Trustworthy and faithful. ● Flexible. ● Good social behavior and excellent communication. ● Fluent in Farsi, Arabic, and English. ● Ability to live in Iraq. ● Ideal age: 35 to 45 years old.
