Job Description

● Preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, financial discrepancies, etc. ● Monitoring archiving of all contracts, accounting documents, rulings, letters, bylaws, circulars, etc. ● Preparing financial statements. ● Assisting the tax auditor to finish the annual audit. ● Submitting various reports requested by the management in different fields of work. ● Supervising all accounting operations, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations. ● Developing, implementing, and monitoring the general accounting system and related procedures. ● Controlling credit balances and prepayments and bills of previous years and their deposits. ● Reviewing and improving accounting procedures with appropriate internal controls and measures. ● Assisting in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts.

Requirements

● Fluency in financial and tax laws. ● Team-oriented and have strong leadership skills. ● Proficient in financial software and any related computers abilities. ● Fluent in Excel. ● Knowledge of accounting principles and updated accounting standards. ● Familiarity with the principles of preparation, regulation, approval, implementation, and monitoring of the budget. ● More than 5 years of experience in at least as a financial manager. ● Gender preference: Female or Male ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Financial Management or Accounting. ● 5 years of experience. ● Teamwork spirit.
